Viver é transformar e transformar-se. A natureza, por si só, é movimento, mudança. Acompanhar e construir mudanças apresenta-se como um mecanismo de evolução quase que intuitivo do ser humano frente aos mais variados aspectos, como o econômico e o social, por exemplo. Na indústria da construção civil não poderia ser diferente.

            A indústria da construção deve ser percebida como um organismo de engenharia completo e complexo, capaz de movimentar não apenas a economia, mas, certamente, a vida de muitas pessoas e famílias. Esse setor se coloca há séculos como um potente agente transformador social, e o maior fator de impacto sobre a vida das pessoas é gerado pelas próprias pessoas que o compõem.

            Na construção civil, empreender, inovar, ressignificar, planejar, analisar dados e agilizar processos são algumas expressões que, vira e mexe, estão em alta nos mais diversos setores empresariais e sociais, seja numa conversa entre amigos ou numa reunião de trabalho. No entanto, uma outra palavra apresenta-se constantemente em alta, embora nem sempre visível a todos os olhares, mas presente, observadora e disponível: oportunidade. Há sempre alguma.

            Seja qual for o setor, profissão, empresa, mercado ou área, a oportunidade existe, se transforma e, muitas vezes, manda sinais. Cabe a nós nos colocarmos à disposição e arregaçarmos as mangas, treinando nossa percepção vanguardista, criando estratégias e buscando enxergar os movimentos no tabuleiro antes de perdermos a próxima.

            Tal qual uma pancada de chuva, nem sempre uma oportunidade é previsível, mas, em tempos de estiagem, não dá para deixar o balde emborcado.
